Steve Hollingsworth is a skilled chef and baker, who received his culinary and pastry diplomas from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. He has dedicated many years to his passion of bringing people together and giving joy through food. Chef Steve has worked in the restaurant industry from diners to fine dining, plated pop-ups to private clubs, and he has trained in Thailand and Turkey. An avid outdoorsman, Steve has a love for foraging wild foods, cooking over open flame, and learning traditional methods of cooking and preserving foods. Chef Steve is an Ohio native who settled in North Carolina after his service in the Army. When he is not in the kitchen, Steve enjoys hiking and exploring wild spaces with his wife, Elizabeth and their daughter, Rosemary.
