In 2013 Brown Creek Creamery was created by combining some
family resources. Jeff and Sherry had milking equipment; and,
Robert and Jennifer had land and a barn. The barn was moved on
May of 2014 to its new location and construction began on the new
creamery. In October of 2014, they started producing cheese.

Brown Creek Creamery is a small family farm with 15 registered
Jersey cows on about 8 acres of land located in central Anson
County not far off of Highway 74. They produce Farmstead cheese
with the very milk they collect every day.

Cheese Varieties
Brown Creek Creamery makes mild and sharp cheddar and
Creekside, a Colby cheese.
They also make a soft cheese that they use as a base for their
pimiento cheese, cheese ball in a cup, blueberry and strawberry

You may purchase their cheese in their Farm Store, Union County
Farmers Market, Peaches n’ Cream (Wadesboro), and Piedmont
Produce (New Salem).

In their Farm Store, they also sell butter, fudge and Lil' Cow
Patties, chicken eggs, and local honey.

Their butter is also available at Piedmont Produce (New Salem),
