About
Holly Grove Farms is located in the Grantham community near Goldsboro and Mount Olive, NC. On their farm, they have approximately 1,000 Alpines, Saanens, and Toggenburg dairy goats. Holly Grove Farms is one of the largest farmstead and woman-owned goat dairies in the United States. They raise milking goats and make cheese from their milk on the farm, allowing them to manage every aspect of the cheeses. Three generations of the Craig family have now been involved with breeding goats, milking goats, and making goat cheese on the 40 acre farm.

The farm's Gift Shop is located in the middle of the farmstead. Go visit their farm and spend some time in the Gift Shop where you may sample to find out which cheese flavor is your favorite!  The Gift Shop is open each Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

Cheese Varieties
Fresh, creamy chèvre from Holly Grove Farms is packed in 1/2 pound tubs, 4 pound tubs, and 20 pound boxes for ease and convenience. The creamy texture and mild flavor of this spreadable cheese comes in several flavors.
